Laguna Technopark

The initial development covered 224 hectares that straddled the cities of Sta. Rosa and Biñan. After 3 decades, the industrial park has 9 phases which spans 471 hectares to date that caters to light and medium, non-polluting enterprises, from global and local markets. It is now home to 270 locator-companies, generating over 100,000
in direct employment and contributed more than $7 billion
revenues.
