Our Story

The AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp (ALLHC) Technoparks develops and manages dynamic industrial parks in the Philippines. Its pioneer development started in 1990 with Laguna Technopark. It is one of the largest privately-owned industrial parks in the country based on the number of employment and revenues generated.

Today, ALLHC Technoparks has expanded further and is present in the provinces of Cavite, Pampanga and Laguindingan. It envisions to reach more countryside regions and contribute to the growth of the communities where it is present. As a catalyst of progress, it will continue to be the trailblazers in the industry- constantly evolving, and seeking meaningful ways in creating value for the environment, businesses and communities.
